Input Username and Password^, select Mode as "Automatic", and click "Join" at the top right hand corner  ^ Username is your mobile number and followed by then extension "@peap.pccwmobile.com" e.g. 87654321@peap.pccwmobile.com If you have not changed your password, the default password will be the first 6 digits of your HKID/Passport//BR Registration No 3. Select "Accept"  4. After completion, iPad will auto switch to Wi-Fi network without logging in when PCCW Wi-Fi coverage is detected.

Unable to download Auto Connect profile for iPhone/iPad at WAP/Web In normal case, users will see the below screens after clicking the Auto Connect profile links as above. If users encounter download problem like below sample screens: | iPad | iPhone | |  |  | It may be caused by some file browsers (available at AppStore) interrupting the installation of Auto Connect profile. Possible files which will interrupt the installation are “FileApp” or “iFile”. Suggest to un-install the above file browsers App before installing Auto Connect profile, and then re-install file browsers again. Q2. Auto Connect profile cannot be worked after upgraded OS (for iPhone or iPad) Suggest the user to uninstall and reinstall Auto Connect profile, restart the device.
